Final Qualification Exam/Evaluation
Following completion of Session 2, the Reactor Engineer trainee spends more time on-shift with Qualified Reactor Engineers, assuming a more active role in plant maneuvers. When the qualification card has been completely signed off and the Reactor Engineering Supervisor determines that the trainee is ready, the final qualification exam/evaluation is administred. This evaluation process can be a written or oral exam, plant/situation walk through, and/or supervisor evaluation.
